The role 

We’re on the hunt for a trailblazing data-led Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our fast-paced executive leadership team at Alpine Energy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our digital transformation journey—leading innovation, spearheading strategic initiatives, and shaping the future of our business. 

This isn’t just another leadership role. As our CIO, you’ll own the vision for our technology roadmap and digital architecture, taking accountability for the transformation, and inspire cross-functional teams to push boundaries. You'll need to be a visionary thinker with the ability to turn abstract concepts into tangible solutions, ensuring that digital innovation aligns with our strategic goals and propels us forward. Building and developing our data strategy, central to the businesses future success.  

What You'll Bring: 

• A proven track record of delivering game-changing data and digital strategies that drive business success. 

• Hands-on experience implementing cutting-edge technologies (think ERP, HRIS, Data, AI) and championing innovation. 

• Experience as part of an Executive Leadership Team, with the confidence to engage and influence the Board. 

• The ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to sponsor and manage high-stakes projects. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field with continuous learning in emerging technologies. 

• A passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
