Job Description

The role

Join us at Alpine as our Cyber Security & Resilience Lead and lead Alpine’s cyber security programme, governance, risk and compliance activities across the business. You will work closely with technical experts and external partners to strengthen our security posture, drive cyber resilience, manage security risks, and ensure our critical systems, people, and information are protected. You will also provide expert guidance on security strategy, incident response, assurance activities, and ongoing capability development to support Alpine’s long-term success.

As our Cyber Security & Resilience Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Alpine’s cyber security programme, governance framework, risk management activities, and security roadmap across both IT and OT environments.
  • Providing expert security guidance while driving security awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  •  Coordinating cyber resilience, incident response, assurance activities, and security risk assessments to strengthen Alpine’s security posture and protect critical business assets.

What you’ll need

  • Prior experience as a Cyber Security Lead or similar (Usually 5+ Years)
  • A deep knowledge of security frameworks such as AESCSF, ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies

Nice to have

  • Professional qualifications in Information Security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC) and/or Project Management/Co-ordination qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • A high degree of familiarity with cyber and information security tooling such as end-point protection, M365 ecosystem and identity management systems
