Job Description

The role

In joining Alpine as our Planning and Pricing Manager, you'll be leading our team that ensures plans move from intent into delivery-ready work, ensuring work is accurately scoped, prioritised, priced, and ready for execution across our portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence how millions of dollars of network investment are planned and delivered.

As our P&P Manager in the Works Delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting a high-performing Planning & Pricing team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading the planning and pricing function, ensuring work is accurately scoped, priced, prioritised, and ready for delivery.
  • Ensuring pricing accuracy and commercial outcomes across network and customer-initiated works, supporting predictable delivery and financial performance.

What you’ll need

  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing teams and driving successful outcomes
  • Significant experience in planning, scoping and pricing within an infrastructure environment
  • Practical understanding of field delivery (Construction Methodologies, sequencing, and constraints) and managing planned vs actuals

Nice to have

  • Experience within electrical distribution
  • Experience implementing or improving planning, scheduling, or pricing systems and processes
