Job Description

The role

In this fixed term contract role as our Change Manager, you will lead and support the people side of the ERP Project by assessing change impacts, building business readiness, and coordinating initiatives that drive successful implementation and user adoption. You will partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders to embed sustainable change, integrating change management activities with project delivery plans and Alpine's established frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
 

Please note that this role is fixed term until the end of 2027 to align with the ERP rollout and subsequent hypercare period.

As the Change Manager for our ERP Project, you will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside project teams and key leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive change plan for ERP aligned with our vision, goals, and established change methodologies
  • Developing and delivering project-specific communication, engagement, and change activities. While ensuring clear communication within the business as part of change plans
  •  Assessing business readiness, monitoring adoption, and tracking change activities, risks, issues, and progress against agreed milestones throughout the ERP Project lifecycle.

What you’ll need

  • Prior experience as a Change Manager delivering an ERP implementation project
  • A qualification in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, ACMP, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks, methodologies and tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or asset-intensive environments
  • Experience supporting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
