The role
As the Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role to develop an understanding of customer needs and provide excellent customer service to support the successful development of new customer network connections and alterations to existing customer network connections, including domestic, commercial and industrial and large-scale developments.

What you’ll need
· Experience in a customer/client facing role with strong relationship management skills
· Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on making the technical sound simple to different user groups.
· Detail-orientated with strong analytical skills, and the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving.
· Excellent time management, planning and organising skills.
· Knowledge of the Electricity Distribution industry, contractual obligations and contract management principles would be ideal.
